If you are a tested athlete, if you’re going to supplement with anabolic steroids you must understand steroid detection times thoroughly if you stand a chance. For the tested athlete, you will be somewhat limited in-regards to which steroids you can use. For example, if you’re a truly tested athlete, Nandrolone based steroids can never be used as their detection time stretches past a year. Many testosterone compounds must also be avoided; especially large esters or testosterone mixtures, but the smaller or ester free versions are often an option. Of course, many athletes who are tested are only done so for show, and if that’s the case, well, it really doesn’t matter what you use. In any case, for show or a legitimate test, if you understand steroid detection times there’s really no reason for you to have a problem.

Progress in medicine can only be achieved if efforts are made for a better understanding of the aetiology of male infertility. The possible deleterious effects of new drugs, industrial pollution (lead), aromatic solvents (Tielemans, F St 71:692,1999) or estrogen-like substances in food on sperms (Sharpe, Lancet 341:1392,1993) must be studied. Male oligospermia is comparable to anaemia. We do not treat all the cases of anaemia by transfusions but we try to give a specific treatment (vitamins, iron, erythropoietin etc.) In a similar way, we should not treat all cases of male infertility by assisted procreation.

The Mesterolone hormone is not estrogenic. It does not aromatize and it carries no progestin nature. As a result, the side effects of Proviron will not include any related effects such as gynecomastia or excess water retention. Such adverse effects are impossible with this steroid. This will also greatly reduce the risk of high blood pressure as high blood pressure associated with anabolic steroid use is often due to extreme water retention. In fact, Proviron should provide an anti-estrogenic effect by preventing testosterone to estrogen conversion or at least tremendously slow it down.
