Results wise, users should expect extreme strength increases and weight gain in a relatively short 2-4 week period. Weight gain upwards of 20lbs in 4 weeks is not unheard of with this incredibly potent compound. Although subcutaneous water gain would be minimal, intramuscular water retention should be expected. This is due to inhibition of 11b-hydroxylase and build-up of mineralcorticoids which encourage salt and water retention within the muscles. The most obvious physical effects will be improved vascularity, aggressive muscular pumps, and oily skin.
While methyldrostanolone can stack well with most other steroids, it should never be stacked with another methylated (17aa) steroid.

Following the Strikeforce card on June 22, 2007 former PRIDE and UFC fighter Phil Baroni tested positive for boldenone, as well as stanozolol . At a K-1 WGP event in Las Vegas on August 17, 2007 two fighters, Rickard Nordstrand and Zabit Samedov , both tested positive for boldenone. Alexandre Franca Nogueira tested positive for boldenone in July 2008.
Tibolone has tissue -selective estrogenic effects, with desirable effects in bone , the brain , and the vagina , and lack of undesirable action in the endometrium and breasts . Its tissue selectivity is the result of metabolism , enzyme modulation (., of estrogen sulfatase and estrogen sulfotransferase ), and receptor modulation that vary in different target tissues, and differs mechanistically from that of selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) such as tamoxifen , which produce their tissue selectivity via means of modulation of the ER. As such, to distinguish it from SERMs, tibolone has been described as a "selective tissue estrogenic activity regulator" (STEAR), and also as a "selective estrogen enzyme modulator" (SEEM).
